What a great challenge. I'll try to find something this weekend. Love those flower tutorials.

I have just blogged my latest card.

Image

I used a tutorial for the rosette....although I do remember them being shown on here some time ago, didn't Sue use them on some of her LO's?

I did attempt the faux embossing but it didn't show very well with the colours I used. Will definitely try again.

Another card, attempting the faux embossing, still didn't really work but I quite like the shadowy effect.

Oh, I am so loving this challenge. It's really helping me to try a few new things. Thank you.

This afternoon I attempted a tri-shutter card. The tutorial here; http://craftsbycarolyn.co.uk/projectsnew/cardellen.htm

Here what I ended up with.

Lovely work, Adele. My word, you are being very productive!

I saw this today and thought it was interesting. I don't have any Pans Pastels but they do look nice.

This is a technique that I've done before, but thought I'd share as it was prompted by the tutorial given here: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resou ... rials/dtp/ for a challenge here: http://cceestampers.blogspot.co.uk/2013 ... paper.html

Details on my blog.
