I have just received an album from a distant relative that belonged to a great aunt, I have scanned the photos. As is usual in these things there are very few names on them, although someone has written some names on the album, and presume them to be correct, so I now have a picture of my great grandfather and mother.

Some great pictures there Carolyn. I've got a load of similar sorts of photographs without names or dates and I'm not even sure whether most of them are my mother's family or my father's family.

What a lovely thing to receive. I have some similar ones and do wonder in a hundred years time what future generations will make of all the Digi images as we rarely print ours.

Some great pics there - love the guy with the handlebar moustache!
I have some old family photos which I framed years ago including one of my great great grandmother. I should really put them up sometime

Great to get all those photos. It will keep you busy for a while finding out who they all are and seeing if they fit into your family tree.

Re: Photo album
I have been checking through ancestry to try and find the ones with the address, but everyone I have found on census and the of electors mean nothing to me. Some look nothing like our family...
