I have changed the file to include a couple of other designs of cupcake, you can see them from the cards shown:

I cut all of this with white card and coloured using Distress Inks. This has 3 parts plus the cherry, you can see some of the 'cake' on this design :)

I cut the template in two colours of card

I added some detail with a white pen to the 'case', and just inked the cherry with red chalk pad.  Sprinkles are "Stickles" glitter glue.
